prayerthon 2025
9 August 2025|8 AM – 8 PM

Nearest MRT: Farrer Park (NE8)

As we celebrate Singapore’s 60th birthday, let’s come together in unity and prayer for 60 countries! Introducing Prayerthon, a powerful 12-hour event of continuous worship and prayer, where 12 teams will take turns praying for 5 countries each. Each team’s commitment is for one hour. 50 of these 60 countries are in the top 50 places where believers are most persecuted.

This event is also a fundraising project for Interserve’s work in hard places to enlarge our capacity to raise, equip, send and care for God’s labourers in hard places, together with the local Church. We encourage each team to raise $2000 or more collectively by spreading awareness and mobilising their networks. A blurb will be provided for participants which you can help share.

Would you consider giving even if you can’t join us?

$12 as a symbolic giving of 12 hours of prayer
$50 is symbolic of Hard Pressed Nations
$60 is symbolic of 60 Nations
Any Other Amounts

Interserve Singapore is committed to keeping overhead costs low; for example, we do not incur rent for or own office space. The majority of funds to be raised is directed toward the salaries of some staff in the Singapore Office who enable the preparation and sending of people to the nations and the costs of caring for those sent. Most of our staff raise their financial support, while some roles are fully or partially supported through general funds.

We believe in walking alongside our partners at every stage of their journey — from mobilisation and member care while on the field to re-entry support upon their return to Singapore.

Amount to raise by 31st December 2025 —
at least $200 000
